Ottenuto da Uva di Troia e piccole quantità di Primitivo è un vino di grande struttura, dal colore rosso rubino intenso e dal bouquet complesso di frutti rossi maturi. Servire ad una temperatura di 18-20° dopo una breve ossigenazione. Abbinamento gastronomico piatti a base di carne, formaggi e salumi.

Ehh. Typical Italian--red fruits, somewhat disjointed acidity, really old spicebox odors, and a clipped, bitter finish of leather and peat. But I think the sting of having ordered the wrong wine poisons my assessment. I was trying to get the wine GV was so psyched about, the 2007 Bottaccia, but somehow I ended up with 6 of this one. All my receipts confirm that I was, in fact, the wanker that bought these. Woe is me.
